House Rules
Check-in 4pm and Checkout 10am. Self check-in with smart lock. 12 guests max. Guests under 18 must be supervised at all times. Quiet hours from 10pm-8am. No animals of any kind. No shoes on carpeted areas. No parties or unauthorized guests unless authorized. No smoking, vaping, e‑cigarettes inside or around the house. No adhesives of any kind or stick-on decorations on surfaces inside house.
Rental Agreement
A signed rental agreement is required for all reservations. It is collected during checkout and outlines our house rules, policies, and other important details to help ensure a smooth stay.
Security Deposit
$500 security deposit is required for all reservations. A $500 card "hold" is placed 1 day before arrival (not charged upfront) and it is released a few days after departure if there’s no damage, violations, or extra cleaning. Your bank may take 3–7 additional days to reflect the release.
Cancellations and Refunds
100% refund is provided for cancellations within 48 hours of booking. 50% refund if cancellation more than 60 days before check-in. No refund if cancellation less than 60 days out. Credit card processing charges will be deducted from refunds.
Accessibility and Safety
There are three exterior security cameras. Children are welcome but home is not baby proofed. Stairs required to access property. No support animals due to allergies.
